Key Status Codes
There are several key status codes that the system can provide:

  • Account in queue • The Upgrade/Renew request has been added to the waitlist, soon your account will be renewed/upgraded automatically.
  • Upgrade in progress • The Upgrade is in progress, in a few minutes your account will be automatically upgraded.
  • Renew in progress • The Renew is in progress, in a few minutes your key will reset, allowing you to upgrade another account.
  • 12 Months • Spotify does not allow entering a family more than once every 12 months, so in this case you will need to provide a new account.
  • Out of Stock • The country you specified during the Upgrade is now out of stock, please use a different country or wait for a restock.
  • Already Premium • The account you have provided is already Premium and therefore cannot be upgraded.
  • Invalid Account Details • The details you have provided are incorrect, please check that your account Email/Username and Password are correct. Make sure there are no symbols in your password, only latin characters.
  • System Error • The system encountered an error, in this case, try to send the request again and wait for a bit. If you encounter this error after creating a new account on the Renew Page, please create a new Spotify account manually, then renew only the key and proceed with the upgrade. You are still able to export/import your songs and playlists at Spotmybackup.com. If the issue persists, contact support.
My Country is not available
You can upgrade the account with a different country, which may result in a slightly different music recommendations. We're dedicated to provide a broad range of options. We usually update our stock with accounts from various countries on a weekly basis. However, please note that certain countries might be more challenging to restock.
I received an email that I lost access
If you receive an email informing you that your account is no longer part of the family plan, you are eligible for renewal. In this case, please visit the Renew page and enter the details of the affected account.
Next, you can choose between two options:

Simply submit the downgraded account, and the system will renew the key, making it usable again on the Upgrade page. You are able to import your Liked Songs, Playlists, and Follows on Spotmybackup.com
Alternatively, provide a new email that is not linked to any existing Spotify account, along with a new password. The system will then create and upgrade a new account, importing your Liked Songs, Playlists, and Follows. Please note that this feature is experimental and may have issues. In case of any issues, renew only the key.

Safety
We ensure top-notch security, with no logs kept, guaranteeing the integrity of your account. It is your responsibility to securely save your credentials. If you lose access to your account due to forgotten credentials, your upgrade key cannot be recovered.
